Willy D's Piano Bar Is Moving to Argenta, With a Piano Parade

After more than 20 years in the River Market, Willy D's is crossing the river, and it is bringing the pianos the fun way.

Willy D's Rock & Roll Piano Bar is targeting a Dec. 3 opening at its new home in a $25 million mixed-use development next to Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock's Argenta neighborhood, Arkansas Business reports.

The River Market location stays open until the weekend before Thanksgiving. In the days after, the bar plans a "piano parade" to carry its pianos across the Arkansas River.

Construction on the new stage and bar is underway, and director of operations Susan Erwin Prowse expects Willy D's to be at full capacity when it opens. Start warming up your requests.
