The drones fly from Amazon's fulfillment center at 5295 E. Franklin Road in Nampa and can travel about 7.5 miles, covering roughly 170 square miles. Amazon says an order can arrive within about half an hour. Prime members pay no delivery fee on orders of $50 or more, and $2.99 on smaller orders. Everyone else pays $4.99. Prime Air is certified by the FAA under Part 135.
