Grizzlies Open the Season at FedExForum Wednesday Against the Jazz

Basketball is back on Beale. The Grizzlies' regular season starts this week, and it starts at home.

The Memphis Grizzlies open their 82-game 2026-27 regular season Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 7 p.m. against the Utah Jazz at FedExForum, according to the team.

Make it count: it is the only home game for a while. Right after the opener, the Grizzlies head out on a four-game road trip from Oct. 23-29. They are back at FedExForum for a Halloween night game against the Sacramento Kings on Saturday, Oct. 31.

Opening night downtown means busy streets, so plan for extra time getting to Beale.
