Halloween at the zoo hits different when the animals get in on the treat bag. Little Rock Zoo is calling it Howl-O-ween — and we're answering.

Mark **Saturday, Oct. 24**, from **9 a.m. to 4 p.m.**: dress up, roll into **Little Rock Zoo** at 1 Zoo Drive, and spend a day on spooky-but-sweet fun, according to the city's tourism calendar.

Expect festive activities and Halloween excitement for the whole family — and yes, the animals are invited too. Zoo organizers say guests can watch residents enjoy **Halloween-themed enrichment** as they explore, play and snack in seasonal style.

Listed admission is **$12.95**. Costumes are very much encouraged. If your idea of October includes a giraffe side-eye at your skeleton onesie, this is the assignment.

A howling good time, they promise. We're bringing the candy corn energy.
