# Evvnt’s local events calendar now showcases 2.3m up from 1m in 4 weeks

We’re thrilled to announce that the Evvnt local events calendar service is getting even better. Not only has it been adopted by newspaper and radio publishers all over the United States and Canada (and elsewhere) but now it now showcases over a million events.

We’ve upgraded the rich content that we draw from respected events services, including Eventbrite. The result is an improved user experience and better local intelligence for your readers.

Showcasing a million different events from all over the world is good news for publishers. And adds SEO benefits and engaging content for readers and makes your calendar more vibrant.

### 04.02.20 – we are adding new data partners monthly and growing our events data model – currently at 2.3m uniques and clean events data points.
