# evvnt acquires Eventviva.com assets

**Events marketing platform [evvnt](http://evvnt.com) has acquired the assets of eventviva.com for an undisclosed sum.**   
 The acquisition of Eventviva has further established **evvnt**’s growth and progression while strengthening their position as the standalone market leader for events promotion. The acquisition is part of **evvnt**s’ global expansion as the company focuses firmly on reaching the global audience of event organisers.

**evvnt** has an ever increasing publisher database of over 5000 publisher sites and Eventviva has been a publisher used for promoting events from all categories by evvnt since 2013.  
“We worked with Eventviva for a number of years and noted it was a popular site for event organisers to post event listings to.” explained **Richard Green**, CEO & Founder at **evvnt**. “We’re excited to acquire the assets to support our mission to educate event organisers on our single submission event marketing technology on a global scale.”  
“We decided to sell the assets to **evvnt** as we believe our customers will be well taken care of.” expressed Aditya Patadia, Founder of Eventviva. “Both event organizers and attendees will benefit from this acquisition as they become part of **evvnt.com**” explained Hardik Pandya, Co-founder of Eventviva.

Eventviva will no longer supply an events discovery or ticketing service from 1st August 2016, this strategic acquisition by **evvnt** gives the marketing platform access to Eventvivas’ 200k+ event promoter database which was created over the term of the business’ operation.
