1. Halloween Week at the Boonshoft

When: Through Saturday, Oct. 31
Where: Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, 2600 DeWeese Pkwy.

Spooky Night Sky planetarium shows Oct. 28 to 31 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a Kpop Demon Hunters laser show Oct. 30 and 31 at noon, and pumpkin dissections and a costume raffle on Oct. 31. Event details.

2. Dayton Art Institute Spooky Tour

When: Saturday, Oct. 31, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Where: Dayton Art Institute, 456 Belmonte Park N.

A Halloween-themed tour of the collection; $35 to $40. Event details.

When: Saturday, Oct. 31, 3 to 4:30 p.m.
