A $12 million construction contract is on the table, with work expected to start by year's end.
Orlando is preparing to vote on a construction contract for the permanent Pulse memorial, Spectrum News 13 reports.
The contract is worth about $12 million, and construction is expected to begin by the end of the year.
It is a big step for a project many in Central Florida have waited years to see, and a place the whole community will be able to visit.
