The combination of evvnt’s marketing reach and EventSneaker’s tracking of this reach back to revenue and attendees will further aid event organisers worldwide. This acquisition introduces services including email, SMS, mobile and social media measurement to evvnt’s marketing toolkit.
EventSneaker first met evvnt CEO Richard Green at a TableCrowd networking event where evvnt spoke as headline sponsors, and the acquisition was first discussed between the two companies. After positive initial discussions and the profound alignment of their goals and ideology, the acquisition was fast-tracked for the benefit of both companies.
