The Strategic HR Conference 2016 was held in New York City from the 12th-13th May. The conference’s aim was to discuss fundamental issues of the HR industry, including the role key talent plays in garnering success in a global marketplace and the pivotal role which HR leaders play to ensure that organisations attract, retain and develop human capital. The Strategic HR Conference represented a unique opportunity to interact with senior-level HR peers, while getting in touch with leading organisations to network and discuss key HR issues as well as obtaining new insights and action plans to promote positive change.
